Grubhub expands its delivery service to Las Vegas Valley

Hungry diners who are craving their favorite restaurants but don’t want to leave their homes now have another option at their fingertips — Grubhub delivery service.

Grubhub, the online and mobile food delivery and takeout service, has announced it will now offer its turnkey restaurant delivery service throughout the Las Vegas Valley directly through its platforms.

According to Grubhub, through its partnership with various local restaurants, users have access to more than 500 dining options across the city with no mark-ups.

“We do not pad menu prices. Diners can rest assured that they are paying the same prices as if they ordered directly from the restaurant and all fees are clearly presented,” the company said in a news release.

Prior to the announcement, local restaurants featured through Grubhub either offered only a place to order takeout ahead or if the restaurant wished to offer deliver service, it was responsible for handling the logistics in-house. Now, all delivery coordination will be handled directly by Grubhub and its team of on-the-ground delivery drivers.

Through the Grubhub app, diners can identify which restaurants in town are available for delivery. In addition, users can view the restaurant’s full takeout menu, minimum delivery amount, delivery fee and an anticipated delivery time.

Once an order has been placed, users can follow their order in real-time using Grubhub’s “Track Your Grub” feature, which allows users to watch from the moment the restaurant receives the order to a map that tracks the delivery driver from the restaurant to your door.
