Usher’s 11-year-old stepson from a former marriage has reportedly been declared brain-dead after a boating accident. Kyle Glover, the son of the "Scream" singer’s ex-wife Tameka Foster, was floating on an inner tube in Georgia’s Lake Lanier on Friday when a jet ski struck him, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
