PENN STATE TEARS DOWN STATUE OF JOE PATERNO

On the same day Penn State took down the iconic statue of the late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno outside Beaver Stadium, the NCAA said it will announce sanctions against the university Monday morning during a press conference.
