Sarah Hyland has been battling a lifelong illness and she’s now ready to talk about it. The 21-year-old Modern Family star opens up in the new issue of Seventeen magazine about her struggle with kidney dysplasia. Hyland underwent life-saving kidney transplant surgery in early April.
