LOHAN HOPES TO AVOID JAIL TIME BY GOING TO REHAB

Lindsay Lohan is in trouble – yet again! After seemingly starting to get her life back on track following her jewelry theft case last year, the actress is up to her eyeballs in legal trouble and things aren’t looking good for Li-Lo. Lindsay has been arrested twice in the last few months and is facing charges for lying to police after getting into a car accident in California and Wednesday night she was arrested for getting into a fight in a New York City club with allegations she punched a woman after getting into an altercation over a man. “It’s very likely that Lindsay won’t fight the probation violation charges and throw herself at the mercy of the court and hopes to avoid jail time by going to rehab for at least six months.”
