‘IDOL’ PRODUCER SAYS SPEARS NOT FIT TO APPEAR ON SHOW
Though one film director thinks she’s worthy of playing the Virgin Mary, Britney Spears — Us’ worst dressed celeb of the year — isn’t quite worthy of being a guest judge on Fox’s American Idol.
"I would have had Britney Spears last year when I thought she was trying to get it all back together again," Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe told Usmagazine.com in a conference call Thursday.
