Giuliana and Bill Rancic are finally parents! The couple welcomed their first child, son Edward Duke Rancic, via gestational surrogate at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday in Denver, Colorado, E! News confirms. "Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives," Giuliana, 37, tells E!. "Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"
