Jamie Spears, accompanied by ex-wife Lynne, was granted temporary conservatorship over their daughter, Britney Spears, in an emergency court hearing Friday.

Commissioner Reva Goetz stated that she found Jamie’s petition to be in the singer’s "best interest."
