CLASH’S ACCUSERS ARE TOO OLD TO PRESS CHARGES

Both of Clash’s accusers — criminal-psychology student Cecil Singleton and aspiring model Sheldon Stephens — came forward too late for their allegations to be prosecuted, according to state law.
