“While I am Still,” an exhibit featuring the works of artist Linda Alterwitz, opened Friday night at the Sahara West Library.

Alterwitz’s photography embraces science and technology to expose the fragility of the human body. The exhibit sheds light on the beauty and fear that complicate human lives and the search for solid ground.

The exhibit runs through May 9.
