The resort’s version of the classic is made with Knob Creek single-barrel bourbon, sweet vermouth, bitters and Luxardo maraschino cherries, $12.

A 20-ounce Porterhouse steak is topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms and served in a rich bourbon sauce with horseradish mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable, $45.

Cranberries are soaked in bourbon for the restaurant’s signature stuffing, $5.50.
