Strip steakhouse rolls out $20K package to celebrate Metallica’s residency run

Carversteak in Resorts World Las Vegas is offering limited-time experiences to celebrate Metallica’s Sphere residency, which runs through March 13.

The showcase Fade to Grand package features a guitar signed by the band; The Master cocktail, a rare pour mingling Michter’s 25 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Grand Marnier Quintessence, Okinawan kokuto black sugar and aromatic bitters, served over diamond ice; and seared foie gras finished with 24K gold. The restaurant is also offering its Carve ’Em All Pre-Show Menu, with an à la carte starter, two main course choices, a dessert and a specialty cocktail, $14 to $95.
