Updated May 19, 2026 - 9:13 am

José Andrés is taking folks to Spain — his way.

The globally lauded chef, holder of Michelin stars, Emmy Award winner and New York Times bestselling author is celebrating his newest cookbook, “Spain My Way,” with a live show in the Palazzo Theatre at The Venetian, followed by a prix fixe dinner at Bazaar Meat at the Palazzo tower, on May 31.

The live show will feature the chef sharing personal stories, the dishes that shaped his upbringing and the inspiration behind his recipes, with music.

Afterward, guests may continue the Spanish sojourn with the prix fixe menu that draws inspiration from the cookbook and offers classic Spanish flavors and other signature dishes. Spanish wine pairings are also available.

The live show begins at 3 p.m. Dinner reservations are available from 5 to 9 p.m. For pricing, tickets and details on both experiences, visit thebazaar.com/location/las-vegas.
