monday

Alex G

From lo-fi to hi-fi, so indie troubadour Alex G has gone on his 10th album, “Headlights,” which shines as brightly as its namesake thanks to sonics as sweeping as the emotions on the singer-songwriter’s jump to the majors. He’s enlisted must-see ecstatic black metallers Agriculture as openers on his latest tour, so get there early at 7 p.m. Monday at Brooklyn Bowl at the Linq Promenade. Tickets are $54; ticketmaster.com.

tuesday

Youngblud

Aiming to be rock ’n’ roll’s howling, bare-chested defibrillator, British livewire Youngblud has been vocal about resuscitating the genre since he got a major profile boost last summer at Black Sabbath’s farewell show with his knock-’em-dead cover of the band’s “Changes.” Now, he’s here to back up his words at 8 p.m. Tuesday at PH Live at Planet Hollywood. Tickets start at $76; ticketmaster.com.
