Las Vegas Bluegrass Festival turns 10 with loaded lineup

It’s been a fun, freewheeling decade of fiddling around for the Las Vegas Bluegrass Festival, and now the free, family-friendly event celebrates its 10th anniversary with its most stacked lineup yet.

Four-time Grammy nominee and former teen bluegrass prodigy Sierra Hull headlines this year’s fest, which returns to Centennial Hills Park (7101 N. Buffalo Drive) on April 11.

She’ll be joined by Vegas Americana and roots-rock favorites like The Unwieldies and Paige and The Overtones alongside scene notables Chris Cerna and The Bluegrass Republic, Charlie Stevens Band, Chatham Rabbits and others.

In addition to live music, there’ll be an artisan marketplace featuring a wide array of folk art, food and drink offerings ranging from barbecue to sweet treats to beer and children’s art activities and pop-up recreation games.
