Imagine Dragons to rock for cancer charity
Imagine Dragons will perform a concert in their hometown of Vegas, to raise money for a kids cancer charity the band started.
Joining the hit band will be former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Steve Young, and Rachel Smith of Fox 5 KVVU-TV. The event goes down Nov. 22 at the Hard Rock Hotel. The band is so popular, tickets are already sold out. But you can sign up for the standby list — or sponsor the event — by emailing christine@trf.org.
This is for the Tyler Robinson Foundation. The band set up this organization in 2013 to help families financially while their children battle cancer.

You know, this event is very Vegas-y in that there will be cocktails, dinner and an auction.
However, check out this groovy new twist. Among the traditional sponsors, such as Live Nation and Colgate, is a very non-traditional sponsor: Anonymous!
Now, to my knowledge, the people of Anonymous, who fight for Internet freedom, free speech, and overall justice, is not an official group, so to speak. You don’t send in dues. You just declare yourself to be in alignment with the pro-people goals of Anonymous and stand up for truth and justice, with your words or actions.
But it’s pretty rare to spot a big “Anonymous” logo in conjunction with a fancy event. So that’s a pretty amazing site to behold at www.trf.org.
