The most popular item on T&T's menu is made with grilled steak, bacon, Oaxaca cheese, chile poblano, onion and cilantro and served with rice and beans, $19.
Lazy Dog, Downtown Summerlin — Hatch Chile & Bacon Mac N' Cheese
Bacon, mild New Mexico Hatch chile and five cheeses are layered with spiral pasta, topped with green onion crumble and cast-iron baked, $5.50.
Pot Liquor, Town Square — Grilled Bacon Steak
A thick slice of house-made bacon is grilled and served with cucumber and carrot salad, cilantro and jalapeno jam, $9.98.
