The Orange Whip

Well, maybe a whip: with Stoli Vanilla, dry curacao, orange flower water and prosecco, $15.

Climbin' High

Skyfall Lounge, Delano Las Vegas

From the "effervescent" section of the lounge's menu, it's made with Appleton's signature-blend rum, Kappy pisco, raspberries, fresh pineapple and lime juice, $16.

Desert Rose

DB Brasserie, The Venetian

Sparkling wine is topped off with raspberries, ginger-hibiscus syrup and raspberry foam, $14.

Tiffany Twisted

Cut, Palazzo

Twisted, indeed; it combines rose Champagne with Aperol, lemon juice, St. Germain and simple syrup, $19.
