K-pop supergroup to kick off American tour in Vegas
Brace yourself for some Big Bang.
What’s that? Oh, my bad, not that “Big Bang,” as in Sheldon, Leonard, Penny and the gang. Talking about Big Bang — or, excuse me, make that uppercase, no space BIGBANG, rather, the K-pop superduperstars — you know, good old G-Dragon, T.O.P., Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri. Yes, that BIGBANG, the outfit that has garnered something like one hundred bazillion and ten views on YouTube.
The band is making its way to America for the fittingly titled BIGBANG 2015 World Tour “Made” in USA, which is set to kick off here in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on Friday, Oct. 2. If this news makes your heart skip a few beats, then you’ll be even more thrilled to know that tickets for the show, which range from $25-$125, go on sale on Friday, June 12 at 7 a.m. (800.745.3000).
And, listen, while were on the subject of tickets, there’s some other great area shows going on sale this week, including Fishbone, due at the Brooklyn Bowl on Saturday, June 27; tickets are $15-18, and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
Ky-Mani Marley, is also slated at the Brooklyn Bowl on Wednesday, July 29; tickets are $17-$20, and also go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
Finally, Yellowcard, New Found Glory and Tigers Jaw are set to hit the Brooklyn Bowl on Saturday, Nov. 21; tickets for that one are $26-$30, and go on sale Friday at noon (a presale is slated for Thursday at 10 a.m. with a password of “RESSURECTASAIL,” 877.987.6487).
Keep an eye on this space for the latest on upcoming Las Vegas shows.
