7 ethnic food restaurants in Vegas you might not know

Las Vegas has thousands of dining options, ranging from internationally famous restaurants to ones that are hidden inside your neighborhood.

Many of these restaurants are ones that are lumped together in the ambiguous “ethnic food” category — which can refer to a multitude of different things, depending on who you ask. Typically, the phrase describes food that comes from a specific heritage or culture.

With that in mind, a while back we asked our Facebook fans for their favorite “hidden gems” in Las Vegas, or restaurants that may be lesser-known to outsiders or even locals.
