Celebrate Gulf seafood at Emeril’s
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at MGM Grand, 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans a Louisiana Gulf Seafood Festival from May 23 through May 31. Louisiana seafood will be featured all week in such dishes as oysters Rockefeller, fried green tomatoes with Louisiana crawfish remoulade and pan-roasted Gulf grouper.
